Dream DJ LLC ("Dream DJ," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using Dream DJ's websites, applications, marketplace, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we access and use that information, how information may be stored or shared, how we protect it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you regarding your information.
1. Information We Collect
When you use Dream DJ, we may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Your name;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;

We may also automatically collect certain technical information when you use Dream DJ, such as your device type, browser type, IP address, log information, usage information, and information regarding how you interact with the Services.
2. Third-Party Calendar Integrations
Dream DJ allows users to optionally connect supported third-party calendar services to their Dream DJ account.
Supported calendar services may include:
- Google Calendar;
- Microsoft Outlook Calendar;
- Yahoo Calendar; and
- Apple iCloud Calendar.
Connecting a calendar is optional.
When you connect a calendar, Dream DJ only requests access to information and permissions reasonably necessary to provide the calendar functionality available through Dream DJ.
Depending on the calendar provider and permissions authorized by the user, Dream DJ may access or process:
- The email address associated with the connected account;
- Basic account or profile information;
- Calendar identifiers;
- Calendar event identifiers;
- Existing calendar events;
- Event titles;
- Event dates and times;
- Event descriptions;

- Meeting or conferencing information;
- Availability or free/busy information where supported; and
- Authorization credentials, including access tokens or refresh tokens, necessary to maintain the calendar connection.
Dream DJ uses this information to provide calendar synchronization and event-management functionality requested or authorized by the user.
3. Google User Data
When a user connects a Google Account to Dream DJ, Dream DJ may access certain Google user data based on the permissions the user authorizes through Google's OAuth consent process.

- Google Calendar event information;
- Event titles, dates, times, descriptions, locations, attendees, and related event information;
- Calendar and event identifiers; and
- OAuth authorization credentials necessary to maintain the user's authorized connection.
If Dream DJ is authorized to access Google Calendar events, Dream DJ may access events on Google calendars that the user has permission to access, consistent with the Google permissions granted by the user.
Dream DJ does not access Google user data beyond the permissions authorized by the user.
4. How Dream DJ Uses Google User Data
Dream DJ uses Google user data only to provide or support user-facing functionality requested or authorized by the user.
Google Calendar information may be used to:
- Connect a user's Google Calendar to their Dream DJ account;

- Update calendar events when meeting or event information changes;
- Remove or cancel corresponding calendar events when applicable;

- Prevent duplicate calendar events;
- Coordinate meeting or event attendees;
- Maintain synchronization between Dream DJ and Google Calendar; and
- Troubleshoot or support calendar functionality requested by the user.
For example, when a user schedules a meeting or consultation through Dream DJ, Dream DJ may create a corresponding Google Calendar event. If the meeting is subsequently rescheduled or canceled through Dream DJ, Dream DJ may update or remove the corresponding Google Calendar event.
Dream DJ limits its use of Google user data to providing and improving the calendar-related functionality available to the user.
5. Uses of Google User Data That Dream DJ Prohibits
Dream DJ does not use Google user data for:
- Targeted advertising;
- Personalized advertising;
- Retargeted advertising;
- Interest-based advertising;
- Selling information to data brokers;
- Selling information to information resellers;
- Determining creditworthiness;
- Lending decisions;
- Building unrelated databases or user profiles;
- Surveillance or monitoring unrelated to the functionality requested by the user; or
- Any unrelated commercial purpose.
Dream DJ does not sell Google user data.
Dream DJ also does not use information obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Dream DJ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
6. How Google User Data Is Shared or Disclosed
Dream DJ does not sell, rent, or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, or other unrelated purposes.
Google user data may only be shared or disclosed when reasonably necessary to:
- Provide functionality specifically requested or authorized by the user;
- Create meetings or calendar invitations involving attendees selected by the user;
- Provide calendar synchronization or related Dream DJ functionality;
- Work with service providers that process information on Dream DJ's behalf and are subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection requirements;
- Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or security threats;
- Comply with applicable law, legal process, court orders, or lawful government requests; or
- Protect the rights, safety, or security of Dream DJ, our users, or others.
For example, when a user creates a meeting invitation that includes another attendee, the information necessary to create that invitation may be shared with the attendee or the applicable calendar provider as directed by the user.
Dream DJ does not transfer Google user data to third parties for purposes unrelated to providing or improving Dream DJ's user-facing functionality.
7. Storage of Google User Data
Dream DJ may store limited Google user data when necessary to maintain a user's calendar integration and provide calendar functionality.
Information stored may include:
- The connected Google Account identifier or email address;
- OAuth access or refresh tokens;
- Calendar identifiers;
- Event identifiers;
- Event synchronization information; and
- Calendar event information necessary to provide or maintain Dream DJ's calendar functionality.
Dream DJ retains this information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the authorized service, maintain the calendar connection, resolve security or technical issues, meet applicable legal requirements, or fulfill other legitimate purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Dream DJ does not store Google user data for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling purposes.
8. Protection of Google User Data
Dream DJ uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Google user data and other personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss.
These safeguards include, as applicable:
- Encryption of information transmitted between supported systems using secure communication protocols;
- Access controls designed to limit access to authorized personnel and systems;
- Secure handling and storage of OAuth credentials and authorization tokens;
- Authentication and account-security controls;
- Monitoring and logging intended to identify unauthorized or suspicious activity; and
- Limiting access to information based on legitimate operational requirements.
Access to Google user data is limited to personnel, systems, contractors, or service providers that require such access to provide, maintain, secure, or support the Dream DJ Services.
No system of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and Dream DJ cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
Dream DJ retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain necessary business or transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Google user data associated with a connected Google Calendar is generally retained for as long as necessary to maintain the user's authorized calendar connection and provide the requested calendar functionality.
When Google user data is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, Dream DJ will delete, anonymize, or otherwise securely dispose of the information, subject to any applicable legal, fraud-prevention, security, or recordkeeping requirements.
10. Disconnecting a Calendar and Revoking Access
Users may disconnect a connected calendar at any time where this functionality is available within Dream DJ.
Users may also revoke Dream DJ's access directly through the applicable calendar provider, including through their:
- Google Account;
- Microsoft Account;
- Yahoo Account; or
- Apple Account.
When a user revokes Dream DJ's Google authorization or disconnects their Google Calendar, Dream DJ will discontinue future access to Google Calendar through that authorization.
OAuth credentials associated with the disconnected Google integration will be deleted, invalidated, or otherwise rendered unusable when they are no longer necessary, subject to legitimate legal or security retention requirements.
Revoking access does not necessarily delete calendar events previously created on the user's behalf. Previously created events may remain on the user's calendar until separately deleted by the user or through supported Dream DJ functionality.
11. Requesting Deletion of Your Data
Users may request deletion of personal information associated with their Dream DJ account by:
- Using applicable account-deletion or privacy controls available through Dream DJ; or
- Contacting Dream DJ at customer_support@mydreamdj.com.
A deletion request may include personal information and information associated with connected calendar integrations.
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, Dream DJ will delete or anonymize applicable information unless retention is reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law;
- Maintain required transaction or financial records;
- Detect or prevent fraud or abuse;
- Protect the security of Dream DJ or its users;
- Resolve disputes; or
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Users who wish to immediately prevent Dream DJ from accessing additional Google user data may also revoke Dream DJ's permissions through their Google Account.
12. Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo, and Apple iCloud Calendar Data
Dream DJ applies substantially similar privacy principles to information obtained through Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Yahoo Calendar, and Apple iCloud Calendar integrations.
Information from these calendar providers is accessed only when authorized by the user and is used to provide calendar functionality such as creating, synchronizing, updating, or managing Dream DJ-related meetings and event invitations.
Dream DJ does not sell information obtained from connected calendar providers or use it for targeted advertising, data brokerage, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling.
Users may revoke access through their applicable Microsoft, Yahoo, or Apple account controls.
Use of these services may also be subject to the privacy policies, terms, and authorization requirements established by Microsoft, Yahoo, and Apple.
13. Other Service Providers
Dream DJ may use third-party providers to support functions such as hosting, infrastructure, payments, communications, analytics, security, and customer support.
These providers may process information on Dream DJ's behalf only as reasonably necessary to provide their services and subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality, and security requirements.
Third-party services that users independently interact with may also maintain their own privacy policies and terms.
14. Payment Information
Payments made through Dream DJ may be processed by third-party payment processors.
Dream DJ may receive information relating to transactions, such as transaction status, payment amount, payment method type, or billing information, but payment providers may separately collect and process payment-card or banking information in accordance with their own privacy policies and security requirements.
15. Cookies, Analytics, and Usage Information
Dream DJ may use cookies, analytics services, log files, and similar technologies to understand how users interact with the Services, maintain functionality, identify errors, improve performance, and protect against fraud or abuse.
Information collected for analytics or website-performance purposes is not combined with Google Calendar data for targeted advertising or other uses prohibited by Google's API policies.

Dream DJ does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Dream DJ may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, integrations, technologies, legal requirements, or privacy practices.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy identifies when it was most recently revised.
If Dream DJ materially changes how it accesses, uses, stores, shares, or otherwise processes Google user data, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. Dream DJ will obtain additional authorization or consent where required before using Google user data for a materially different purpose.
