Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern payments made or received through Dream DJ, including the Dream DJ website, application, platform tools, concierge services, self-service booking system, offline invoicing, escrow process, wallet features, account credits, withdrawals, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and other payment-related activity.
By making a payment, receiving a payment, submitting a reservation request, accepting a reservation, purchasing any service or offering, requesting a withdrawal, receiving account credits, or otherwise using Dream DJ′s payment-related features, you agree to these Payment Terms and the applicable Terms of Use.
These Payment Terms are incorporated into and supplement Dream DJ′s Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between these Payment Terms and any separate written agreement signed by an authorized Dream DJ representative, the separate written agreement will control only to the extent of the conflict.
1. Definitions
For purposes of these Payment Terms:
"Booker" means a User who purchases, reserves, requests, or pays for services through Dream DJ.
"Performer" means a User, vendor, contractor, service provider, DJ, musician, emcee, photographer, videographer, technician, coordinator, or other person or entity offering or providing services through Dream DJ.
"User" means any person or entity that accesses, uses, pays through, receives payment through, or maintains an account with Dream DJ, including Bookers and Performers.
"Reservation," "Gig," "Order," or "Booking" means a confirmed or requested event-related service, performance, staffing arrangement, equipment rental, project, package, or other offering arranged through Dream DJ.
"Reservation Amount" means the total amount charged or payable for a Reservation, Order, Gig, Bundle, Single Service Order, or other Offering, including the base service amount and any applicable add-ons, upgrades, extras, expenses, fees, taxes, gratuities, and other charges.
"Self-Service Booking" means a reservation made through Dream DJ′s platform tools without direct assistance from the Dream DJ Concierge team.
"Concierge Booking," "Concierge Order," or "Staff-Assisted Booking" means a reservation or order for which Dream DJ staff assists with performer identification, reservation coordination, communications, payment handling, logistics, support, vendor coordination, or other operational services.
"Single Service Order" means an order for one distinct service, including but not limited to DJ services, photography, videography, equipment rental, event coordination, staffing, consulting, or another standalone offering.
"Bundle" or "Combined Offering" means an order that combines multiple services, performers, vendors, deliverables, or offerings into a single purchase or package, whether or not it is expressly labeled as a bundle.
"Escrow," "Holding Account," or "Designated Holding Account" means a payment holding process or account environment through which funds may be collected from a Booker and held pending completion, cancellation, dispute resolution, refund processing, release to a Performer, credit to a User account, or other action permitted under these Payment Terms.
"Wallet," "Account Balance," or "Credits" means funds, credits, earnings, refunds, promotional balances, gratuity allocations, dispute adjustments, or other amounts reflected within a User′s Dream DJ account.
"Payment Processor" means any third-party payment processing provider, banking provider, card network, ACH processor, wallet provider, money movement provider, payment gateway, or similar service provider used by Dream DJ.
2. Payment Methods
Dream DJ may accept payments through various payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, automated clearing house ("ACH") transfers, bank transfers, digital wallets, and other third-party payment processing services made available through the platform from time to time. Any associated third-party fees, licenses, subscriptions, or usage costs are the sole responsibility of the Users unless expressly agreed in writing by an authorized Dream DJ representative. By submitting a payment, the User represents and warrants that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate and current.
Dream DJ reserves the right to add, remove, suspend, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
3. Required Use of Dream DJ Payment Channels
All payments for services requested, arranged, booked, facilitated, confirmed, or performed through Dream DJ must be made through Dream DJ-approved payment channels unless expressly authorized in writing by an authorized Dream DJ representative.
Bookers may not offer to pay Performers outside of Dream DJ for services requested, discovered, introduced, coordinated, or booked through Dream DJ.
Performers may not request, solicit, accept, or encourage payment outside of Dream DJ for services requested, discovered, introduced, coordinated, or booked through Dream DJ.
Any attempt to bypass Dream DJ payment channels may result in cancellation of reservations, withholding of funds, forfeiture of credits, account restrictions, loss of platform access, suspension, termination, or other remedies available under the Terms of Use and applicable law.
4. Platform Purchases
Users may purchase reservations, services, subscriptions, gratuities, add-ons, upgrades, extras, digital products, advertising services, sponsorships, equipment rentals, staffing services, consulting services, and other offerings made available through Dream DJ.
Unless otherwise stated in writing by Dream DJ, all payments are due at the time of purchase, reservation acceptance, booking confirmation, invoice issuance, contract signing, or other applicable transaction event.
By submitting an order, reservation request, booking confirmation, invoice payment, gratuity, subscription purchase, or other transaction, the User authorizes Dream DJ and its Payment Processors to charge the selected payment method for all amounts due.
Dream DJ may issue payment receipts, invoices, confirmations, and notices electronically by email, through the platform, or through other reasonable electronic methods.
5. Offline Invoicing and Manual Payments
Dream DJ may, at its sole discretion, issue invoices outside of the platform for certain services, enterprise engagements, concierge reservations, custom projects, sponsorships, advertising services, equipment rentals, staffing services, consulting engagements, or other offerings.
Invoices may be paid using any payment method approved by Dream DJ. Payment terms, due dates, deposit requirements, installment schedules, and late fees may be specified within the applicable invoice. Failure to pay an invoice when due may result in suspension of services, cancellation of reservations, collection activities, or other remedies available under these Terms and applicable law.
6. Service Fees and Processing Fees
Transactions conducted through the platform or through manual invoicing may be subject to service fees, processing fees, convenience fees, platform fees, taxes, governmental assessments, currency conversion fees, banking fees, withdrawal fees, wire fees, ACH fees, card fees, or other charges.
Unless otherwise stated, Dream DJ may charge Bookers a service fee based on the total reservation amount. Dream DJ may also deduct applicable platform fees, service fees, processing fees, or other charges from amounts credited or paid to Performers.
Applicable fees may be disclosed during checkout, invoicing, booking confirmation, reservation acceptance, withdrawal requests, order confirmations, or through other communications provided by Dream DJ.
Users acknowledge that Payment Processors, financial institutions, card networks, banks, and other third parties may impose additional fees that are outside Dream DJ′s control.
Any third-party fees, including but not limited to credit card fees, ACH fees, wire transfer fees, banking fees, currency conversion fees, payment processor fees, chargeback fees, or withdrawal fees, are not subject to refund or return unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Dream DJ.
Unless otherwise prohibited by law, all fees paid to Dream DJ are non-refundable once earned.
7. Reservation Funding
7.1 General Funding Requirements
To secure a Reservation, Dream DJ may require payment at the time a Reservation is requested, accepted, confirmed, executed, invoiced, signed, or otherwise booked.
Unless otherwise approved in writing by Dream DJ, all required payments must be received prior to the scheduled event date.
Failure to timely fund any required payment may result in cancellation of the Reservation, suspension of services, refusal to confirm a booking, reassignment of performers, release of personnel, withholding of deliverables, account restrictions, or other remedies available under these Payment Terms and the Terms of Use.
Any deposit requirements, cancellation provisions, refund limitations, service fees, processing fees, expenses, escrow requirements, and other payment-related terms remain in full force and effect regardless of any approved payment schedule, installment plan, split payment arrangement, or alternative funding structure.
7.2 Self-Service Reservations
Self-Service Reservations are reservations made through Dream DJ′s platform tools without direct assistance from the Dream DJ Concierge team.
For Self-Service Reservations, one hundred percent (100%) of the Reservation Amount, together with any applicable taxes, fees, expenses, gratuities, add-ons, upgrades, or other charges, shall be due upon acceptance, confirmation, execution, or booking of the Reservation.
Funds may be collected immediately and held in escrow, a designated holding account, or another controlled payment environment until released in accordance with these Payment Terms and the Terms of Use.
Cancellation, refund, credit, and release of funds for Self-Service Reservations shall be governed by the Self-Service Booking provisions contained within the Terms of Use.
7.3 Concierge Reservations
Concierge Reservations are reservations or orders for which Dream DJ staff provides guided assistance, coordination, operational support, performer sourcing, communications assistance, logistics support, vendor coordination, payment handling, or other staff-assisted services.
For Concierge Reservations, Dream DJ may require up to one hundred percent (100%) of the Reservation Amount, together with any applicable taxes, fees, expenses, gratuities, add-ons, upgrades, or other charges, upon signing, booking, acceptance, confirmation, execution, or invoice issuance.
Dream DJ may, in its sole discretion, permit installment payments, split payments, milestone payments, deposit structures, partial funding arrangements, or other alternative payment structures.
Orders involving multiple services, performers, vendors, personnel, equipment, deliverables, or operational support may require Dream DJ to allocate, reallocate, reserve, apply, or redirect funds among components of the order as reasonably necessary to fulfill the agreed-upon services.
Cancellation, refund, credit, and release of funds for Concierge Reservations shall be governed by the Concierge Booking & Support provisions contained within the Terms of Use.
7.4 Single Service Orders
Single Service Orders are standalone services including but not limited to DJ services, photography, videography, event coordination, staffing, consulting, equipment rentals, and similar offerings.
Each Single Service Order may contain its own scope, deliverables, fees, payment requirements, cancellation provisions, and refund limitations.
For Single Service Orders, Dream DJ may require payment of up to one hundred percent (100%) of the total Reservation Amount at booking.
If booked through Self-Service Booking, the Self-Service provisions shall apply.
If booked through Concierge Booking & Support, the Concierge provisions shall apply.
7.5 Bundles and Combined Offerings
Bundles and Combined Offerings consist of multiple services, performers, vendors, deliverables, personnel, equipment, or offerings sold together as one purchase.
A purchase does not need to be expressly labeled as a Bundle for this section to apply.
Bundles are sold as a single integrated purchase. Individual components may not be separately canceled, refunded, exchanged, transferred, or reallocated unless expressly approved by Dream DJ.
For Bundle services booked through Concierge Booking & Support, a twenty-five percent (25%) deposit shall be retained from funds placed into escrow and is strictly non-refundable.
Any expenses incurred, committed, reserved, purchased, or otherwise expended in delivering or preparing to deliver any component of a Bundle shall remain non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Dream DJ may allocate and reallocate funds among services, vendors, personnel, performers, equipment, and operational needs at its sole discretion as reasonably necessary to fulfill the order.
Payments made toward a Bundle shall not be treated as payments toward individual services for purposes of cancellation, refund, chargeback, credit, dispute, or withdrawal unless Dream DJ expressly determines otherwise.
8. Escrow, Completion, and Release of Funds
8.1 Escrow and Holding of Funds
Upon acceptance, confirmation, execution, or booking of a Reservation, Dream DJ may charge the Booker′s payment method and place funds into escrow, a designated holding account, or another controlled payment environment.
Funds may remain in escrow until the Reservation is completed, canceled, disputed, refunded, credited, released, or otherwise resolved in accordance with these Payment Terms and the Terms of Use.
By submitting or accepting a Reservation, Users authorize Dream DJ to hold, release, credit, refund, offset, reverse, or apply funds in accordance with these Payment Terms.
8.2 Reservation Completion
A Reservation may be considered completed when:
The Booker and Performer both mark the Reservation as completed;
The Performer marks the Reservation as completed and no dispute is filed within the applicable dispute period;
Neither party takes action during the applicable post-event period;
Dream DJ determines that services were substantially completed based upon available information; or
Another completion condition described in the Terms of Use, order confirmation, or written agreement is satisfied.
8.3 Release of Funds
Following completion of a Reservation, Dream DJ may release applicable funds from escrow and credit the appropriate account balances, less any service fees, platform fees, processing fees, taxes, reserves, chargebacks, offsets, or other permitted deductions.
Dream DJ does not guarantee immediate release or availability of funds.
8.4 Performer Earnings
Subject to applicable fees, disputes, holds, reserves, taxes, payment processor requirements, and compliance obligations, Performer earnings shall be credited to the Performer′s account following successful completion of the applicable Reservation or transaction.
Performer earnings may be delayed, withheld, reduced, reversed, offset, or adjusted due to cancellations, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, compliance reviews, fraud prevention measures, or other circumstances permitted under these Payment Terms.
9. Gratuities
Dream DJ may permit Bookers to submit gratuity payments through the platform or approved payment channels.
Gratuity payments are voluntary and are not required to complete a Reservation.
Gratuities may be enabled near the conclusion of a Reservation, during the post-event process, through the feedback process, or at another time determined by Dream DJ.
If a Booker submits a gratuity, the gratuity may be reflected in the Booker′s transaction history, receipt, invoice, or account records.
A portion of the designated gratuity amount may be credited, allocated, or shared with the Performer in recognition of the Performer′s talents and efforts during the event.
Gratuity is separate from the Reservation Amount, performance fee, operating fee, service fee, platform fee, equipment charge, add-on fee, or other required payment.
Gratuity may not be used as payment for the original Reservation, additional time, overtime, added services, equipment, upgrades, add-ons, expenses, or any other required amount unless Dream DJ expressly agrees in writing.
Gratuity payments may be subject to processing fees, platform fees, tax reporting, withholding, account holds, chargebacks, fraud reviews, or other payment-related requirements.
10. Wallets, Credits, and Withdrawals
10.1 Account Credits and Wallet Balances
Dream DJ may maintain a wallet, account balance, credit balance, rewards balance, escrow balance, promotional balance, or similar stored-value feature within a User account.
Credits may be generated through completed reservations, performer earnings, refunds, dispute resolutions, promotional programs, rewards, gratuities, adjustments, or other platform activity.
Account balances may not be transferred, sold, pledged, exchanged, or otherwise used except as expressly authorized by Dream DJ.
Dream DJ reserves the right to reverse unauthorized transactions, recover funds issued in error, correct accounting errors, and adjust account balances.
10.2 Withdrawals
Eligible Users may request withdrawal of available account balances through approved withdrawal methods.
Withdrawals are subject to account verification, identity verification, tax documentation, fraud prevention review, banking requirements, payment processor requirements, compliance obligations, and other conditions established by Dream DJ.
Withdrawals from a User′s wallet or account balance shall be subject to a minimum withdrawal amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00 USD) and a maximum withdrawal amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00 USD) per calendar day unless otherwise approved by Dream DJ.
10.3 Withdrawal Restrictions
Dream DJ may suspend, delay, deny, restrict, or reverse withdrawals for reasons including suspected fraud, chargebacks, disputes, compliance reviews, tax documentation issues, identity verification issues, unauthorized activity, account misuse, payment processor requirements, or other operational or legal concerns.
11. Currency and Conversion
Unless otherwise stated by Dream DJ, all account balances, invoices, reservation amounts, credits, fees, and withdrawals are valued and displayed in U.S. dollars.
If a payment is made, received, converted, or withdrawn in a currency other than U.S. dollars, currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, banking fees, and payment processor fees may apply.
Dream DJ is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, or fees imposed by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or other third parties.
12. Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits
Cancellations, refunds, credits, and fund releases are governed by these Payment Terms, the Terms of Use, the applicable booking type, the applicable order confirmation, and any separate written agreement signed by an authorized Dream DJ representative.
Refund eligibility may depend on whether the Reservation is a Self-Service Reservation, Concierge Reservation, Single Service Order, Bundle, Combined Offering, custom project, or other offering.
For Self-Service Reservations, the Self-Service Booking cancellation provisions apply.
For Concierge Reservations, the Concierge Booking & Support cancellation provisions apply.
For Single Service Orders, the applicable order scope, booking method, cancellation terms, and refund limitations apply.
For Bundles and Combined Offerings, the Bundle cancellation and non-separation provisions apply, including any non-refundable deposits and non-refundable expenses.
Unless otherwise specified in writing by an authorized Dream DJ representative, refunds will be issued as account credits to a User′s Dream DJ account. Dream DJ will issue credits to a User account before permitting withdrawal or return to a bank account. Account credits may also be used for the payment of future bookings, and other service offerings.
Any third-party fees, including credit card fees, ACH fees, wire fees, banking fees, payment processor fees, currency conversion fees, and similar charges, are not refundable unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing by Dream DJ.
Deposits, earned fees, service fees, processing fees, expenses, committed costs, purchased materials, reserved personnel costs, and other non-refundable amounts may be retained by Dream DJ.
No refund will be required for unused components of a Bundle or Combined Offering unless Dream DJ expressly agrees in writing.
Dream DJ may offset refunds or credits against amounts owed by the User, including unpaid invoices, chargebacks, fees, expenses, damages, or other amounts due.
13. Chargebacks, Holds, and Compliance Reviews
13.1 Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, ACH reversal, bank reversal, card dispute, unauthorized transaction claim, or similar payment recovery action may violate these Payment Terms if the User has not first attempted to resolve the matter through Dream DJ′s dispute or cancellation process.
If a User initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, ACH reversal, bank reversal, or similar payment recovery action, Dream DJ may suspend the applicable account, restrict withdrawals, withhold funds, recover amounts owed, offset future payments, reverse credits, cancel reservations, pause services, or take any other action reasonably necessary to protect Dream DJ, the platform, Performers, Bookers, and other Users.
Once a payment dispute is filed with a payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution, the disputed funds may become ineligible for refund through Dream DJ due to Dream DJ′s obligations to the payment provider or financial institution.
Users remain responsible for any amounts owed to Dream DJ resulting from chargebacks, payment reversals, collection costs, banking fees, investigation costs, dispute-related expenses, or other losses.
Dream DJ may review and respond to chargebacks or payment disputes on behalf of Performers or the platform. Results may vary based on the chargeback reason, payment provider rules, available evidence, and applicable law.
If a chargeback is resolved against Dream DJ, Dream DJ may recover the chargeback amount from the applicable User, Performer, account balance, future earnings, credits, or other amounts owed.
13.2 Payment Holds and Reserves
Dream DJ may place holds, reserves, restrictions, or delays on funds, credits, withdrawals, payouts, refunds, or account balances where reasonably necessary.
13.3 Compliance Reviews
Dream DJ may conduct reviews related to fraud prevention, tax compliance, identity verification, legal obligations, payment processor requirements, risk management, account activity, or suspected violations of these Terms.
During such reviews, Dream DJ may temporarily restrict access to funds, credits, withdrawals, payouts, or account functionality.
14. Taxes
Users are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes applicable to their use of the platform, reservations, services, earnings, purchases, gratuities, or other transactions, unless otherwise required by law.
Dream DJ may collect, calculate, withhold, report, remit, or otherwise process taxes, tax-related charges, and required governmental assessments where required by applicable law. Users may be required to provide tax forms, taxpayer identification numbers, certifications, business documentation, identity verification materials, or other information necessary to satisfy legal, regulatory, compliance, payment processing, or tax reporting obligations.
Dream DJ reserves the right to withhold, suspend, delay, or deny withdrawals, payouts, transfers, or access to account funds until all requested tax documentation, identity verification requirements, and compliance reviews have been completed to Dream DJ′s satisfaction. Failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner may result in delayed payments, restricted account functionality, account suspension, withholding of funds, or other actions reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
15. User Payment Responsibilities
15.1 Booker Responsibilities
Users and Bookers are responsible for:
Providing accurate payment information
Ensuring all payments are authorized
Paying all amounts due on time
Reviewing reservation details before submitting payment
Paying applicable fees, taxes, deposits, expenses, gratuities, and other charges
Using Dream DJ-approved payment channels
Complying with cancellation and dispute procedures
Avoiding improper chargebacks or payment reversals
Maintaining sufficient funds or credit availability
Complying with these Payment Terms and the Terms of Use
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of reservations, loss of credits, account restrictions, suspension, termination, collection activity, or other remedies.
15.2 Performer Responsibilities
Performers are responsible for:
Providing accurate account, tax, identity, and withdrawal information
Ensuring they are eligible to receive payments
Complying with tax obligations applicable to their earnings
Using Dream DJ-approved payment channels
Not soliciting or accepting off-platform payments
Completing services in accordance with applicable reservation requirements
Complying with dispute and cancellation procedures
Maintaining accurate account information
Paying any applicable taxes, fees, costs, or expenses for which they are responsible
Complying with these Payment Terms and the Terms of Use.
Performers acknowledge that credits, earnings, gratuity allocations, or withdrawals may be delayed, reduced, reversed, withheld, or offset due to disputes, cancellations, chargebacks, taxes, compliance reviews, or other payment-related requirements.
16. Errors, Collections, and Payment Disputes
16.1 Errors and Adjustments
Dream DJ may correct payment errors, accounting errors, duplicate credits, unauthorized transactions, mistaken refunds, technical errors, or other account inaccuracies.
16.2 Setoff Rights
Dream DJ may offset any amounts owed to Dream DJ against future payments, credits, withdrawals, account balances, refunds, gratuities, earnings, or other amounts payable to a User.
16.3 Collections and Late Payments
If a User fails to pay any amount when due, Dream DJ may suspend services, cancel reservations, withhold deliverables, restrict account access, refer the matter to collections, recover collection costs, or pursue any other available remedy.
16.4 User Payment Disputes
Dream DJ may review disputes between Users relating to payments, cancellations, reservation completion, refunds, chargebacks, or release of funds and may determine how funds should be handled based on available information.
17. Relationship to Terms of Use
These Payment Terms supplement the Terms of Use, including the provisions related to purchasing, escrow, reservation completion, Concierge Booking & Support, Self-Service Booking, Single Service Orders, Bundles and Combined Offerings, cancellations, refunds, account restrictions, disputes, and user conduct.
If a Reservation, invoice, statement of work, order confirmation, or written agreement includes additional payment terms, those additional terms will apply to the applicable transaction.
If any payment issue is not expressly addressed in these Payment Terms, Dream DJ may resolve the issue in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with the Terms of Use, the applicable order documents, and applicable law.
18. Disclaimer of Payment Availability
Dream DJ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any payment method, withdrawal method, payment processor, escrow feature, wallet feature, account credit feature, or banking service.
Payment services may be delayed, suspended, unavailable, or modified due to maintenance, processor outages, bank delays, compliance reviews, fraud prevention, technical issues, regulatory requirements, or other factors outside Dream DJ′s control.
Dream DJ is not responsible for delays caused by Payment Processors, banks, card networks, ACH networks, financial institutions, government agencies, or other third parties.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE, ITS CONTENT AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN ″AS IS″ AND ″AS AVAILABLE″ BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER MY DREAM DJ NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH MY DREAM DJ OR IT AFFILIATES MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
IN NO EVENT WILL MY DREAM DJ, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

20. Modifications
Dream DJ reserves the right to modify its pricing, fees, payment processes, payout schedules, withdrawal requirements, escrow procedures, accepted payment methods, service fees, processing fees, tax procedures, account credit rules, and related financial policies at any time.
Any updates may be posted on the platform, included in updated Terms of Use, reflected in invoices or checkout flows, or communicated through other reasonable notice methods.
Continued use of Dream DJ after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Payment Terms.
